Job Description
Due to continued rapid growth in APAC, Tesla is seeking a technically minded Operational Excellence and Support Services Manager, to provide support for Tesla's Operations & Maintenance (O&M) functions, across the full Energy product porfolio (Megapack, Powerwall, Supercharger).
This is a first in market role, tasked with maximising team capabilities, service efficiency, energy product fleet health, improving uptime & availability, minimising cost to service, and improving service quality.
A high amount of cross functional collaboration will be required, working closely with Engineering, Technical Support, Deployment, EHS and Sales.
