The Novated Lease Partner Manager is the primary point of contact for all Novated Lease companies, providing expert guidance on our products and customer buying experience. They will work with the field and Novated lease companies to drive incremental sales and increase Novated Lease market penetration across Australia. Additionally, the role will lead the strategy and execution of Novated Lease initiatives within Tesla, while fostering new opportunities for collaboration with leasing partners and the LeaseMyTesla product. A key part of the role will be supporting both the retail and virtual sales teams through education, ensuring a seamless integration of Novated Lease customers into our sales and delivery processes. This role will require strong collaboration and stakeholder management across multiple sales, service and delivery departments.

This position is a parental leave cover contract lasting between 10 - 12 months. The role can be located in Sydney HQ or Melbourne HQ.
