Job Description
As the Lead Operations Specialist you will be an essential member of our dynamic fast-paced delivery centre. This is a pivotal role where you will play a key role in managing and optimising the day-to-day finance operations that support vehicle sales, delivery, and financial processes across both new and used cars. You will be responsible for leading your delivery hub to be finance ready and ensuring compliance with all internal processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
