Job Description
As the Lead Operations Specialist you will be an essential member of our dynamic fast-paced delivery centre. This is a pivotal position where you will play a key role in managing and optimising the day-to-day of vehicle movements directly to customers, including supporting sales, service, and delivery within your region, across both new and used cars. You will be responsible for leading your delivery centre to be operationally prepared with vendor operations and stakeholder education, whilst ensuring compliance with all internal processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce spend and enhance customer satisfaction.
