Tesla is looking for a creative and adaptable Instructional Designer to join our EMEA Learning & Development team. This role is crucial for developing innovative and engaging learning experiences tailored to the needs of our Sales & Delivery teams across the region. The Instructional Designer will create a variety of educational materials, including e-learnings, knowledge articles, and video content, to enhance the skills and knowledge of our customer-facing staff. In this position, you'll collaborate with Regional L&D Partners and various stakeholders to understand business priorities, craft targeted learning solutions, and ensure the effective delivery of learning programs that align with Tesla's dynamic environment and high standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Instructional Design, or a related field, such as Learning Experience Design, UX Design, or Graphic Design, and have a knack for simplifying complex information. You'll be instrumental in shaping the learning landscape for Tesla’s field teams, working closely with subject matter experts to ensure training content is relevant, up-to-date, and impactful. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, along with a passion for helping others grow and succeed.
