Job Description
Tesla has an outstanding opportunity available for a Fire & EMS Technician to join the to join the Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Team. Become part of an all-hazards risk team. During the assigned shift, the Fire & EMS Technician is responsible for responding to medical, fire, technical rescue, and hazardous material related emergencies. The Fire & EMS Technician will also support EHS day-to-day operations by improving employee engagement, collecting, and recording EHS information, and driving continuous improvement of overall EHS processes and systems. They will use human and organizational principles to drive ownership of safety, health and environmental impacts, with a focus on engagement, learning from events, training, and a systems-level problem solving.
Shift available: Nights 6:30PM – 6:30AM (10% pay differential)
2 Week Rotating Schedule
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday
