Job Description
The Failure Analysis Team’s mission is to determine root cause and contributing factors to improve Tesla’s products in collaboration with a large cross-section of other engineering teams. Engineers and Technicians on the team are responsible for a wide variety of Vehicle and Energy systems including the existing fleet and new products under development. This is a high-visibility, individual contributor role that requires extensive hands-on failure analysis of electronic systems and components.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, fast-learning individual who will work closely with experienced engineers on analyzing, root causing, and reporting on a variety of materials related failures observed in components across the range of Tesla’s products.
