Job Description
The Contracts Manager will be responsible for reviewing and managing the contractor commercial aspects of the project. This person will ensure that contracts are written per the specifications, correct scope of work, required milestones listed, schedule requirements, and all executed within the parameters of the agreement. Other obligations will be to recognize potential risk, and the mitigation or remove of those identified risks. Review contractors’ invoices to ensure they align with the executed contract and all the supporting documents. Track and monitor contracts in execution, and the close out process so that we have proper closure with contractors.
