Job Description
Tesla's Megafactory Infrastructure team is looking for an experienced Commissioning Lead to oversee commissioning and startup activities for our newest Megafactory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project commissioning and proven leadership skills. As the site commissioning lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Tesla’s commissioning framework. This role requires high technical expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage and guide a team. Once commissioning for this project is complete, this position will have heavy travel requirements (75-80%).
