Job Description
Tesla is committed to hiring and developing diverse talent in all disciplines This position will collaborate with multiple teams across Tesla to characterize battery materials, determine degradation mechanisms, and optimize cell performance. Our team is looking for a highly motivated candidate to contribute to battery performance testing and fundamental electrochemical analysis. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the development cell test plans to characterize initial cell performance, lifetime behavior, reliability, and identify critical failures and degradation modes. In addition, this candidate will help plan test resources, track test progress and analyze/report testing results. We want team focused candidates with strong communication skills who challenge and want to be challenged, and who create and innovate. We want teammates who will thrive in a fast-paced company with real hardware and are self-motivated and disciplined.
