You'll be a leader in driving our learning culture, achieving success by contributing equal parts strategic planning and execution to ensure Tesla’s Semi Service learning and development programs are aligned to our overarching business strategy.

Accountable for the ongoing delivery of learning, you will ensure your team delivers a cohesive program of work that is strategically aligned to evolving business needs. You will bring a strong strategic approach, ensuring ROI evaluation and measurements of success for learning programs are in place, and remain simple and effective.
