As an Usher, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional experience for our guests and participants during events and activities aimed at promoting sustainable practices and initiatives. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will help create a welcoming environment for all attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet attendees at the event, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Assist guests in finding their seats, providing information about the event schedule, and answering any questions.
• Ensure that all areas are safe and accessible for guests, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Conduct headcounts and manage crowd flow to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.
• Distribute event materials, such as programs, brochures, or promotional items related to Tagaddod's sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor and report any issues or concerns to event coordinators promptly.
• Assist in ushering participants during workshops, presentations, or guided tours.
• Foster a friendly and helpful demeanor, embodying the values of Tagaddod while interacting with guests and team members.
