Job Description

At Tagaddod, we are committed to fostering sustainable practices and leading initiatives that have a positive environmental and social impact. We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Sustainability & ESG Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our sustainability strategies and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sustainability and ESG strategies in line with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Conduct assessments and audits to measure our environmental impact and compliance with sustainability standards.
  • Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics, helping to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices throughout the organization.
  • Stay up to date on trends, regulations, and developments in the sustainability and ESG arenas.
  • Prepare and present reports for internal stakeholders and external disclosures related to sustainability and ESG performance.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including investors, customers, and community partners, to promote Tagaddod's sustainability initiatives.
  • Support the company in obtaining sustainability certifications and maintaining compliance with ESG-related regulations.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives that promote a culture of sustainability within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, or a related area.
  • Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks and ESG reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in sustainability reporting tools and software.
  • Passion for sustainability and commitment to making a positive impact on the environment and society.
