The Marketing Operations & On-ground Activations Supervisor will be responsible for planning,

executing, and supervising all on-ground marketing activations and brand operations at Tagaddod’s UCO

collection points.

This role ensures that every activation is:

Operationally smooth

Aligned with brand guidelines

Driving measurable engagement and collection volumes

Key Responsibilities

Plan and oversee daily operations of fixed and mobile collection points from a marketing

perspective.

Supervise field teams (ushers & promoters) to ensure proper conduct, appearance, and

engagement with the public.

Coordinate with operations/logistics for setup, transportation, and dismantling of mobile

podiums and materials.

Ensure proper branding, cleanliness, and customer experience at all collection points.

Implement marketing activation plans, including giveaways, loyalty schemes, and educational

campaigns.

Monitor daily KPIs (footfall, liters collected, leads generated, engagement) and report it to the

Marketing Operations Lead.

Troubleshoot operational issues in real time to minimize downtime.

Collect customer insights and share feedback with marketing & product teams.

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards at all points.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree

2–4 years of experience in brand activations or trade marketing operations.

Experience managing on-ground teams and handling logistics coordination.

Good organizational and communication

Problem-solving mindset with ability to work under pressure and on tight timelines.

Willingness to travel frequently to different locations across Egypt.

Fluent in Arabic and working knowledge of English.
