The Position

We are looking for an inspiring and effective Product Manager to join Sympower's Product team and challenge us on building the right thing to help our customers accelerate the global transition towards 'net zero' with smarter and cleaner renewable energy systems.

You'll be collaborating with 10 other Product Managers and designers and leading, alongside an engineering team-lead, a team of 6 engineers to deliver impactful outcomes.

This is a full-time position remote/hybrid located in -1/+1 to central European timezone.

  What you will do

Strategy

• Ask insightful questions to determine the “what” and the “why” of our priorities
• Co-create and define the Product Roadmap alongside the other Product Managers.
• Provide context and guidance, empowering your team to have impactful results.
• Improve the visibility and positioning of the product team in the company.

Execution

• Prioritise product outcomes and capabilities based on research and data analysis.
• Set goals, define success metrics, and motivate your team to achieve.
• Own team backlog & fulfillment and collaborate closely with the engineering team lead.
• Align stakeholders around the product outcomes.

User understanding

• Conduct customer, competitor, and market research to inform strategic decisions.
• Define behavioral questions, set the right analytics tool, measure, learn, and adjust.
• Work with a Product designer on various user science techniques to deeply understand your end users.
