Job Description
Are you ready to bring credibility to climate action? Want to accelerate your career in an innovative and technology-focused organization? We’re looking for a Senior People & Culture Manager to join our team at SustainCERT!
Your role:
In this newly created role, based in Amsterdam, you will lead the People & Culture function and a small team in a remote first sustainability (climate impact verification) scale up. You will report into the CEO.
As the function leader, you will have responsibility and drive to build a strong, highly collaborative culture that attracts and retains industry leading talent. You will play a key role in ensuring that our vision and values are brought to life across the organisation, supporting a positive and high performing organisational culture, enabling organisation development and maximising the effectiveness of our people.
You will be a People generalist who is able to provide strategic and operational expertise to the CEO, leadership team and managers across the business. You have a small team for support to execute and manage operational and administrative tasks, however this is a hands on role in a start-up!
We are a global, remote first business with over 100 colleagues in 25+countries. Our main office is in Amsterdam - this hybrid role will require being on site 2-3 days a week.
