Job Description
Sustainable Comfort, Inc. is looking for a hands-on Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in Worcester. We manage and maintain multifamily housing—our job is to keep these homes safe, clean, and running smoothly. If you’re experienced with tools, take pride in your work, and want a steady, reliable job with a mission-driven company, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general maintenance and small to mid-size repairs
- Clean up properties and remove trash or debris
- Assist subcontractors when needed
- Check on properties for issues and flag them for the manager
- Keep things moving—work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Use our maintenance tracking app to log tasks
- Rotate into our on-call schedule for nights/weekends (shared)
- Tackle other tasks as they come up
