Sunnova Energy is searching for a talented L&D Training Specialist who will develop, deliver, schedule, and program manage role-focused curricula for Sunnova’s growing Dealer network; on company products (including financial products), sales strategies, operations processes and procedures, competition, software, and related topic areas. The L&D Training Specialist reports to one of our Sales Enablement Managers and is a part of the larger Learning and Development organization.

This role requires you to have vision and execution chops. Many have one or the other; we need you to have a firm grasp on both. Your skills will be used to manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate communication to the team, and oversee quality and fiscal management. This is a highly visible position with exposure to Sunnova’s leadership and the entire Dealer network. You will be required to multi-task and be willing to take on various learning, development, training, and support responsibilities.
