We are looking for you to join our Sungrow team as a new T echnical Training Intern!
You will need to work on-site at our service center and office in Munich.

Well, this role is all about diving into the exciting world of training and development in the PV and BESS industry! You will be the driving force behind ensuring our engineers team and clients are empowered. You’ll do the operation and management of our products in Competency Center, organizing impactful Training sessions, and providing top-notch support for all our training initiatives!

In a little more detail, this is what you will do in your day-to-day job

• Support routine operation and maintenance of Sungrow training products at the Service Competency Center.
• Assist in the organization and implementation of service partner trainings and evaluations, including training material management.
• Act as a project-oriented training coordinator, contributing to the development and revision of training-related policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Technical Support team to optimize and expand training content.

• Proactively work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of training activities and provide necessary support. Holy moly that sounds exciting, doesn’t it? • Studying in electrical engineering or a similar background.

• Or Studying in higher education business related with technical counterparts.

• Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Commercial skills, experience in communicating technical product with customers will be a plus.
• An Electrical Engineering background will be considered a plus.
• Language requirements: English should be on C1 level, fluent Chinese would be a plus.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
