Being a Senior Field Service Engineer (FSE) is an exciting task since you are the superhero our clients need.

Then, have a look at your responsibilities below:

• Support resources dispatched onsite (FSE and SP) by RFM during commissioning and on site services.
• Ensure operational procedures are documented, and consistently applied.
• Maintain positive customer ratings by ensuring the quality of our after-sales service.
• Ensure problem solving through troubleshooting, root case analysis by remote and on site using our claim platform
• Support the RFM during commissioning and site acceptance services.
• Perform on site installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance and test tasks as well upgrades or rework activities. (30% of the time)
• Ensure up-to-date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements.
• Documentation for QA, customer feedback and analysis support.
• Taking care of service tools by ensuring an appropriate calibration process
• Manage claims from customer

What will you need to be successful?

• Education as Electrical technician or Engineer. (Let`s face it, you need to understand ACDC, Low/Medium Voltage etc, as much we love people willing to join us from different faculties, you should know your fair share of electrical conduits, right?)
• Italian & English language skills at least on B2
• Experience with Battery Storage solutions is beneficial
• Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.
• Several years of experience in the energy sector with on-site expertise
• Driving license and willingness to travel (40%)
• Willing to work on call duty AND to travel

What can make you an ideal candidate?

• Two years experience in the renewable energy sector
• In-depth knowledge of the solar energy market in your country
• Language skills in Spanish or Chinese (Mandarin)
