Being a Project Engineer is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:

• Assist project managers in developing objectives, performance standards and procedures while following the corporate policy
• Monitor project performance through appropriate testing protocols
• Update all stakeholders on the ongoing development of the project
• Ensure compliance with quality control and quality assurance standards
• Inform project managers about the progress, plans and problems that can affect performance
• Ensure adherence to budget, schedule and other set project guidelines
• Interpret the client's requirements and the desired outcome
• Troubleshoot problems and find solutions to issues as they arise
• Review engineering tasks and make corrections where necessary
• Assist to manage resources at the site of the project

• Travel to a customer site or factory when it is needed for COD, FAT or SAT All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you. Now, let's see what background you should have in order to feel comfortable with this role:

• Master Student or New Graduate in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Electronics Engineer
• Must possess customer service, problem-solving skills, and possess decision making and analytical skills
• Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to closely follow instruction and pre-established procedures/SOP to perform the ductions of the job
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, power Point and Outlook)
