Here is a brief description of what your responsibilities include:

• Point of contact for office, travel and admin matters
• Visitor management
• Responsible for keeping track of travel arrangements
• Prepare and organize internal company meetings
• Responsible for managing office equipments, office furnitures, snack & beverages, office supplies, etc
• Responsible for managing of all admin contracts, including office, company pool car, mobile phone, etc
• Responsible for team building activities
• Any other ad-hoc matters requested by Head of HR, Admin & IT What background should you have to be comfortable with this role?
• Minimum five years’ similar experience
• Excellent written and spoken command of Spanish and English at C1 level
• Superior time management and organizational skills
• A team player with great attention in details
• Ability to multi-task
