​We are looking for a new part-time Intern to support on our daily Office Admin tasks

What you Will do:

• Assists in travel and admin matters.
• Support in the preparation and organization of internal company meetings
• Support in the management of office equipment, office furniture, snacks & beverages, office supplies, etc.
• Assists in team building activities.
• Help with new hire onboarding duties.
• Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipments.
• Support in processing invoices and expenses.

• Take care of invitation letters for Visa request, and support hotel booking for foreign colleagues. All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? ​

  Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or similar.
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
• Time management and organizational skills
• A team player with great attention in details
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. This decade might be overshadowed by Covid19, but sooner or later we will beat and overcome that son of a germ, am I right?
