We are looking for you to join our Sungrow team as our new EU Digitalization Support Engineer!

What does a EU Digitalization Support Engineer do, you might ask?
Well, this role is allowed to do the best part of our everyday work – to still the hunger for sustainable energy!

In a little more detail, this is what you will do in your day to day job:

• Act as onsite support to assist internal users on SAP-S4 system in daily support, Q&A, system training, etc.
• Identify and trouble shoot application problems leveraging your business & technology knowledge in SAP SD module, MM and FICO are preferred.
• Escalate enquires in a timely manner to level-3 / level4 support for fixes or to internal subject matter experts for issues requiring clarification
• Contact third party vendors when appropriate to request more assistance or report issues with functionality
• Document resolutions and workarounds in the knowledge base
• Build trust with internal users by regularly demonstrating a high level of expertise and professionalism

• Work closely with Headquarter team in issue report, root cause analysis and prospective requirements synchronization.

  All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you. Let's see what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT areas, such IT solution implementation, IT support, etc.
• At least 3 years of experience in SAP-S4 SD module. MM/FICO experience is preferred.
• Fluent in English (oral and written) with excellent communication skills, bilingual in English and Chinese are preferred.
• Experience using MS office solution.
