Job Description
Welcome to your new role at Sungrow, as our Distribution Service Engineer in Stockholm, Copenhagen or Helsinki!

Then, have a look at your responsibilities below:
- You'll regular deliver reports regarding the region's performance to the department center
- You'll manage the hotline ticketing system for distributors, installers and end users
- You'll deliver technical training, create online courses and documentation
- You'll do on-site troubleshooting with the partner success manager
You'll do pre-sales customer visits with the key account manager Do you have the legal right to work in Sweden, Denmark or Finland?

What will you need to be successful?
- Fluency in both English and one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish or Finnish)
- Degree in electrical engineering or an electrician background
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced multicultural environment
What can make you an ideal candidate?
- 2 years of experience as a technical support / after sales for PV / ESS or O&M
- Languages skills in Chinese (Mandarin)
- Knowledge of the solar energy market in Europe
