Being a Distribution EU Product Manager is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:
- Management and development of Distribution Residential and C&I Inverters and Battery products during the entire product lifecycle with continuous improvement
- Continuous monitoring and assessment of the market environment, competitors, regulatory framework, and development of action recommendations
- Interface for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify market needs and technological trends and translate them into innovative product solutions
- Conducting product training and presentations for internal stakeholders and external customers or partners
- Close collaboration with sales and marketing in the development of marketing materials market information data, sales strategies
- Close collaboration with Sungrow’s global product management team to exchange synergies and best practices
Preparation and maintenance of technical product documentation
All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s why it is essential for you to have:
- Completed degree in engineering, energy technology, economics, or a comparable qualification
- Senior figure with minimum 5 years of experience in Renewable Energy product management, ideally for inverter/battery manufacturer
- In-depth knowledge of Renewable Energy inverters, batteries, EV charging and other Renewable energy products, with real installation or management experience
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in an international and dynamic environment
- Proactive person and working style with willingness to learn and drive clean energy
- Proficient in English C1 – Other EU language or Chinese is a big plus
Willingness to travel within EU or to China (20-30%) You will contribute to Sungrow’s growth in the region Nordics, and work directly with key stakeholders involved in the clean energy industry.
