Job Description

The team you would join: The Customer Service Team serves as the first point of contact for Sun King’s more customers. The team provides excellent customer service to both prospective and existing customers with product, service, payment and overall customer relationship-related inquiries. The team works cross-functionally with Sun King’s Operations and Sales teams to serve the breadth of customer-related inquiries.

As a Contact Centre Social Media Executive at Sun King, you’ll play an essential role in shaping customer experiences and building strong, lasting relationships with our online community. This position is pivotal for linking Sun King’s mission to empower underserved communities through solar energy with our customers' needs and expectations. By offering prompt assistance across digital platforms, you will help ensure that customers are acknowledged, understood, and assisted, whether they're requesting help, exploring Sun King products, or providing feedback. Your work will enhance brand reputation, foster confidence, and drive sales conversions while upholding Sun King's dedication to exceptional customer care.
