The team you would join: The Programs team works alongside the other units in the business to reshape critical business processes across the business and drive the digital adoption in the organization. They are involved in project/pilot management, business process management and continuous improvement, while providing insights and data-driven recommendations to the operations.

About the role:

The Regional Program Manager will provide strategic guidance for project implementation, monitoring work plans, budgets, and coordinating activities across different countries/markets. The Regional Program Manager is expected to have a strong knowledge of project goals, approaches and partnerships and represent the project to local stakeholders.

He/She will work cross-functionally with stakeholders in order to ensure cohesive, unified and efficient project implementation and will also supervise a Country Program Managers/Associate , whose work will include Project Implementation and MLE (monitoring, learning, and evaluation) activities, including monitoring the success of the projects by ensuring high quality research and monitoring data collection, preparing reports and disseminating results.

The position will be based in South Africa or Zambia and will oversee Southern Africa Markets and any other Country as assigned.
