About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Process Associate to support the effective implementation of the PM Surya Ghar Yojana – Rooftop Solar (RTS) Scheme. This role is essential to delivering a seamless, customer-centric experience by ensuring that all operational and documentation processes are executed accurately and in full compliance with program guidelines.
The Process Associate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end documentation of customer applications, maintaining data integrity across internal systems, and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory and scheme-specific requirements. The role also involves engaging with walk-in customers at the store—resolving queries, providing product and process-related guidance, and fostering a positive and professional service experience.
In addition, the Process Associate will play a key role in facilitating the timely and efficient disbursement of subsidies to eligible customers by coordinating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant program execution.
