About the Role The Phone Repair Technician restores returned and repossessed phones to full functionality through efficient, reliable, and quality-focused repairs. The role involves diagnosing technical faults, performing component-level repairs, and conducting quality assurance tests.
The technician handles hardware and software faults, including screen and battery replacements, operating system troubleshooting, and wireless and network performance issues. The role also covers component recovery, device refurbishment, spare parts management, and inventory tracking in SAP.
