We’re looking for a Senior Corporate Account Manager to join our business and the extremely dynamic market we operate in, and to embark on a journey with us towards a better tomorrow.

TEAM AND ROLE As a Senior Corporate Account Manager, you play an important role in driving the business forward. In this highly competitive market, you’ll constantly engage with prospective clients to fully grasp their climate needs and you’ll craft tailor-made solutions to address their decarbonization targets. These strategic solutions will genuinely help your clients move forward towards a greener future. Your focus will be to build out our market presence and expertise in your target sectors (e.g, steel, cement, glass, chemicals, automotive, industrials etc.) In this role, you will build and manage a team of Corporate Account Managers, while offering mentorship and strategic guidance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Dive deep into the market, generating leads with skill and sustaining expertise in specific sectors • Cultivate strong client relationships through dynamic in-person interactions, from client meetings to entertainment and industry events. • Propel market share growth in your chosen sector, whether it's steel, cement, glass, chemicals, automotive, or industrials. • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, leveraging the expertise of product, policy, and research teams to deliver top-notch solutions. • Stay ahead of the curve by staying informed about regulatory changes and technological advancements within your market. • Take the lead in targeted outreach efforts, while also nurturing long-term client relationships that stand the test of time.
KEY REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or sector related fields • 5+ years of relevant finance/sustainability work experience • Possess strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to multi-task • Can deeply understand clients’ climate/decarbonization needs and challenges and apply creative and logical approach to identify and tailor solutions from our product portfolio • Display outstanding interpersonal skills, excelling in collaborative efforts within dynamic team environments, while skillfully cultivating direct working relationships
Compensation and Benefits
STX intends on offering the selected candidate a competitive base salary within the range of $120,000-$180,000, based on a number of objective factors such as relevant experience, holistic skillset, and applicable licenses and certifications. The candidate may also be eligible for discretionary compensation as determined annually within the company fiscal year.
