We seek a skilled Product Manager to empower our development team to bring our WebApp B2B Software as a Service to maturity. The Farmlab web application is the portal for agronomists and farmers to interact with their data, plan measurement campaigns, and generate actionable insights. From a product management perspective, it is full of complex UI/UX challenges in terms of visualizing spatial data over time, as well as guiding and educating users on the proper usage of a product with deep scientific roots.
You will be part of our product team and work directly with engineering and business in defining a product vision that tackles a variety of issues for an interesting cast of users. You will design, prioritize, and iterate on ideas that bring your vision to life.

• Become an elementary part of our product department by being an expert of our WebApp
• Lead continuous User Research and funnel those learnings into the development team
• Drive our software product vision and roadmap together with Business and Engineering, ensuring development aligns with customer needs
• Design, prioritize, and iterate on features and functionality of our WebApp, following an agile and lean mindset unafraid of “failing fast”
• Create critical documentation and artifacts like personas, use-cases, and customer journeys
• Prioritize cross-departmental work and coordinate it with the department heads
• Constantly raise the performance bar with your expertise and enthusiasm
• Conduct product and market research to understand the AgTech market, the competitive landscape, and the opportunities
• Proven track record as a product manager in a fast-growing company (start-up experience is a plus)
• 2-5+ years of experience in user-centric product development; experience in digital Agriculture products is a big plus
• A confident leadership experience in guiding cross-functional teams
• User-centric empathy balanced by data-driven reasoning
• A solid understanding of how software and web development works
• Confident navigating a growing and constantly evolving organization with a clear mission but multiple paths towards success
• Strong communication skills with fluent command of written and spoken English, Portuguese is a plus
• Self-managed, self-motivated, and a strong hands-on mentality
• Experience in managing an agile product development process
• Open-minded and eager to learn to develop and evaluate new ideas quickly
