Job Description
- Opening up and developing the Italian sales region by acquiring new customers and providing customer support
- Presenting, advising and selling our innovative solar retrofit solutions and solar integration systems for commercial vehicles with convincing arguments
- Carrying out market and needs analyses as well as competitor analyses to identify new business opportunities
- Proactively approaching new customers through networking, cold calling and targeted lead management
- Establishing, maintaining and developing sustainable customer relationships
- Independent negotiation and conclusion of contracts with business partners and fleet operators in the logistics and transport industry, as well as in the local public transport
- Solution-orientated processing of customer enquiries and complaints to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Achieving and exceeding turnover and sales targets within a clearly defined time frame
- Working closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing and internal teams to continuously improve the sales strategy
- Regular reporting on customer needs, market trends and potential product developments
- Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the automotive, transport & logistics, renewable energy or technical solutions sectors
- Proven sales success and a strong ‘hunter’ mentality with high self-motivation
- Strong relationship management and business development skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills at decision maker level
- Structured, independent way of working with a high degree of goal-orientation
- Experience with CRM systems and common sales tools is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within Italy as well as to occasional meetings or workshops at headquarters
- Italian (C2, business fluent), English (C1), German is an advantage
- Full-time employment or on a self-employed basis
- Location is Italy from the home office
