Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Manager. You will work closely with our team to further develop and execute our marketing strategy. The salary range is between €35,000 and €50,000.

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, print) to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Plan, structure, and organize trade shows and events, including pre-event and post-event preparation as well as performance analysis.
  • Coordinate events, webinars, and promotional activities: manage logistics, track RSVPs, and conduct follow-up.
  • Handle PR tasks: prepare interviews, coordinate press releases, and approve statements for media and newspapers.
  • Create and manage content for our social media channels and website (e.g., posts, stories), proactively engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and forward leads to the sales team.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analyses to identify trends, monitor competitors, and understand customer preferences.
  • Develop content and design materials for blog articles, newsletters, and other marketing materials, both online and offline.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide administrative support: maintain databases, manage files, and handle project management tasks.
  • Support the sales team: assist in the sales cycle, such as calling leads and sending offers to customers.
  • Work proactively in an agile start-up environment: enjoy plenty of room for your own ideas and their implementation, as we reorganize and adapt daily.

  • You speak fluent German and have strong English skills. Additional languages such as French, Italian, or Spanish are desirable.
  • You are based in Munich or the surrounding area.
  • You hold a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • You already have initial experience in marketing and are eager to expand your practical knowledge in a dynamic environment.
  • You are familiar with common marketing tools and know how to use them (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, Mailchimp, Brevo, Hootsuite, Metricool, etc.).
  • You possess fundamental marketing knowledge in areas such as SEO, SEA, and marketing psychology.
  • You are creative, organized, hands-on, and bring a high degree of initiative.
  • You have an affinity for digital media, social networks, and emerging trends.
  • A visionary and highly committed team in a "new-born" company that is endeavouring to combat CO2 emissions
