What You'll Do

This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the world of business analysis and the transformative potential of AI. The Business Analyst Intern will be a resourceful self-starter, adding value through intellectual curiosity and strong interpersonal skills. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Analyst will have the opportunity to work across virtually all aspects of the business to support Soluna’s strategy with research and insights.

You will:

• Conduct data analysis and report generation to support business decision-making processes.
• Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and inform strategic business decisions.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Support the implementation of AI-driven solutions, working closely with the development team.

What You Need to Get the Job Done

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong interpersonal relationships.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing project needs and priorities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
