Job Description

As a demand marketing manager, you will play a key role in supporting SmartRent’s lead-generation efforts. You’ll collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns that drive growth and increase awareness of our solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced and innovative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing full-funnel digital marketing strategies to drive pipeline growth and achieve business outcomes.
  • Bring a creative mindset to brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns, content, and engagement strategies.
  • Stay on top of the latest digital marketing trends and tools to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge and effective.
  • Support the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including paid social, PPC/SEM, SEO, email marketing, and more.
  • Coordinate with marketing operations to track and report on campaign performance.
  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, communications and creative teams to develop strategic marketing assets.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or demand generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • A creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a love for discovering new trends, platforms, and techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce).
  • Basic knowledge of digital advertising channels like Google Ads, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and contribute to a growing team.
