As we enter a new phase of growth, we are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with a focus driving innovation, from new product development to industrialization.
Your role
As a Lead/Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you’ll contribute to concept development and early-stage design, but the core of your role lies in engineering that’s deeply involved in the production side. You’ll lead the refinement and optimization of mechanical designs, guiding them through manufacturing with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and build quality.

You’ll make an impact by
- Driving conceptualization and innovation involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute innovative ideas for enhancing product performance and functionality
- Optimizing design for cost-effective production by collaborating very closely with manufacturing teams and providing hands-on support throughout the manufacturing process to address any design-related issues.
- Leveraging your deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles to develop new concepts and solutions and carry them to production
- Utilizing advanced 3D modeling tools to create detailed mechanical designs and conducting simulations and analyses to validate designs for performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborating and communicating design concepts across teams and stakeholders while integrating mechanical components seamlessly into the overall product architecture with electrical, software, and industrial designers.
- Creating detailed design documentation, including drawings and specifications, while ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
- Continuously learning about the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and design technologies, while implementing best practices and new techniques to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the design process.
