Skeleton's Process & Industrial Engineering team is looking for a driven and experienced

Team Lead Electrode Production

with the vision to match our ambition.

Your key responsibilities in the role:

  • Team Building and Professional Leadership

  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting.

Your key tasks:

  • Purchasing equipment and ancillary.
  • Conducting FAT and SAT for electrode production ensuring that targets are met.
  • Conduct equipment integration, commissioning and ramp up in the new plant.
  • Design, develop and choose electrode equipment according to the business needs.
  • Integrate associated tasks (EHS, intralogistics) to the electrode production landscape.
  • Build and develop a future proven electrode production, enabling full traceability and statistical analysis, together with proper maintenance concept.
  • Building a modular electrode production concept to enable fast growth approach.
  • Support the project with the manufacturing knowledge and push the development process of electrode production.
  • Contribute to the design and setup of the digitalization strategy.
  • Get the infrastructure up and running.
  • Provide trainings and ongoing support for all stakeholders of the electrode equipment.
  • Integration of all Quality systems and requirements into the electrode equipment (e.g., IATF).
  • Creation and establishment of the needed documentation for permitting, standardized work instructions, PFMEA etc.
  • Owner of the project plan and execution including regular reporting for the sub project electrode production and development.

Requirements

We don’t expect to master it all. At Skeleton, you’ll have the support of the team, and we work together to achieve our goals. However, there are requirements you should be able to fulfill to succeed in this role:

  • 3-8 years working experience preferably as a Team lead - or Senior Engineer in electrode production.
  • Team management skills.
  • Understanding of the technical requirements for the Electrode production.
  • Deep understanding on how to scale and calculate the machine sizes.
  • Hands-on mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills to be able to successfully cooperate with different stakeholders and within team.
  • Take strong ownership and responsibility of your tasks.
  • Good problem solver.
  • Resilient and flexible to succeed in scaling, fast-speed and very dynamic company environment.
  • Good team spirit, open and friendly personality.
