Skeleton's product management team is looking for a driven

Product Manager - Grid

with the vision to match our ambition.


As a Product Manager, it will be your main responsibility to develop our product strategy together with the core teams, be on top of the competitor market and trends, and provide a customized customer approach. Our ultimate goal with Skeleton is to build a net zero future, and our role is to make sure the world is aware of how we can help save energy, cut fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, and enable the energy transition.

Your tasks in the net zero journey:

Understanding the product selling points, product pricing, and positioning strategies.

Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification.

Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective.

Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation.

Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans.

Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products for the entire organization.

Secure a qualified and attractive response to customer RFQ/RFI.

Building up good customer relationships.

Product target cost development based on customer/competitor analysis.

Support the product concept development according to the customer needs.

Acting as the main technical customer interface in the RFQ/RFI phase.

Requirements

We don’t expect to master it all. At Skeleton, you’ll have the support of the team and we work together to achieve our goals. However, there are requirements you should be able to fulfill to succeed in this role:

  • Experience in working with energy storage systems (cells, modules, systems, etc.) with application to the energy grid.
  • Educational background in the engineering field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience in an engineering role.
  • Product Management experience (product commercialization, positioning strategies, etc.).
  • Fluency in English, written and verbal.
  • Strong communication skills.
