Skeleton's Commercial department is looking for a driven

Head of Product Management

with the vision to match our ambition!


As a Head of Product Management, your scope of responsibilities would include:

1. Leadership and Strategy: As the head of the product management team, you will be responsible for setting the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This includes aligning the product strategy with the company's goals and market demands, as well as driving innovation and identifying new product opportunities.

2. Team Management: You will lead and manage a team of product managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. This involves setting performance objectives, conducting regular performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture within the team.

3. Product Planning and Development: You will be involved in the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. This includes conducting market research, gathering customer insights, defining product requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and marketing to ensure successful product delivery.

4. Product Roadmapping: You will create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the strategic direction of the product portfolio. This involves prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business priorities while considering technical feasibility and resource constraints.

5. Stakeholder Management: You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including executives, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective communication. This involves presenting product plans, gathering feedback, and addressing concerns or issues raised by stakeholders.

6. Market Analysis: You will continuously monitor the market landscape, including competitors and emerging trends, to identify potential opportunities or threats. This information will be used to inform product strategy and decision-making.

7. Performance Analysis: You will track and analyze product performance metrics, such as revenue, profit, customer adoption, and user feedback, to assess the success of products and make data-driven decisions for improvement.

8. Collaboration and Cross-functional Alignment: You will work closely with other departments, such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure cross-functional alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experienced in product management.
  • Deep technical product knowledge in the energy storage sector.
  • Business sense to manage and invent profitable products.
  • Willingness to travel to customers.
  • Preferably existing customer network which can be used for our products.
  • Great soft skills in terms of presentation, discussion, and negotiation.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Strategic sense to create and maintain Skeleton's product roadmaps.
