**What you'll do:

• Leading and developing a team of Industrial Engineers with a coaching function
• Development of production line concepts for existing and new products
• Industrialization and realization of production equipment (specification, procurement, commissioning)
• Improvement of manufacturing technologies and standardization of manufacturing technologies
• Improvement of production key figures et. al. yield improvement as a part of the production optimization
• Setting up an equipment benchmarking
• Establishing a production lessons learned transfer

Requirements

You are a great match if you have:

• completed studies in engineering or business economics
• previous experience in mass production, industrialization, product line development and design for manufacturing education in engineering or comparable
• great leadership skills, empowerment of people, delegation, management presentation skills, and you are used to act like an entrepreneur
• common understanding of the lessons learned process within the production
• fluent German and English language skills

You are a true match if any of these is in your area of competence: battery cell know-how, operations business knowledge, automotive know-how, new product launch management, manufacturing technology development.
