Job Description
We seek an experienced Manufacturing Engineer who is excited to be a part of Sepion's process and production team and keep a state-of-the-art R&D facility running smoothly. This role will report to our Sr. Engineering Manager and be responsible for helping with all cell fabrication, process development, and new product introductions. You will work closely with our production, test, manufacturing, and R&D teams to launch new products and optimize processes. We expect our Manufacturing Engineer to help improve throughput and yield while maintaining team engagement and amplifying our safety culture. Your impact on Sepion's production efficiency and process innovation will be critical to our company's growth. This position is a rare opportunity to be at the forefront of growing an advanced-materials startup into a flourishing business.
