Job Description

We are on the lookout for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Overall Equipment Eficiency (OEE) team from Belgium (Flemish Brabant region)! If you have Enterprise sales experience and would like to join one of the fastest growing scale-ups in the Netherlands where you can have an impact on sustainability with your everyday job, read further!

Your challenge
You will play a key role in the next phase of growth for Sensorfact. We have a well established client base of over 2000 clients ranging from SMB through Enterprise in size, and see a particular opportunity to accelerate our Enterprise portfolio across EMEA.

You will do this by:

  • Understanding your enterprise client needs and priorities through in-depth discovery;
  • Building tailored and enticing value propositions for your clients;
  • Building strategic account plans to both land new logos, and expand through up-selling and cross-selling the full value of our product portfolio;
  • Collaborating closely with the SDR team on pipeline development, and take ownership of your pipeline health. Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) proposition
    With this proposition we get a factual measurement of how effectively a company is producing. Within Sensorfact, we also see OEE as the stepping stone to being able to provide much more in-depth production improvement advice, based on AI algorithms.

  • You have 5-10 years of sales experience, of which 2+ years in Enterprise sales in a closing capacity;
  • You are fluent in Flemish and proficient in English;
  • Experience in a scale-up enviroment and you like to "build";
  • Experience with complex processes (6-9 months sale cycle);
  • You love the challenge of a scale-up environment and would like to contribute to scaling our company;
  • You like to work in a team, but you take full ownership of your tasks and responsibilities;
  • SaaS sales, Online/video/remote sales in the Manufacturing industry or energy solutions is a big plus.
  • We work in a horizontally structured scale-up culture with an energetic and engaged team;
