About the team 👋

You'll have a multifunctional role supporting various teams (e.g. Supply Chain or ARS).

The teams ensure smooth processes across hardware deployment, logistics, and system support, enabling the company to function efficiently. Your role will be hands-on, focusing on configuring and managing hardware, assisting with supply chain operations, and ensuring seamless software deployment.

Your challenge 🎯

As our new Tech Support Working Student, you will play a crucial role in hardware management, software deployment, and supply chain coordination. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency and process optimization.

Three key responsibilities will define your role:

• Hardware & IT Support: Configure and deploy software for hardware devices, including Gateway Fitlet flashing.
• Process Optimization: Ensure compliance with quality standards while improving workflows.

• Onboarding & IT Maintenance: Set up and maintain laptops for new and existing employees, ensuring smooth onboarding.

  Your Activities will include:

• Managing the configuration and software deployment of company hardware.
• Tracking and organizing supply chain data and processes.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for efficient operations.
• Ensuring all hardware and logistics-related tasks run smoothly.
• Check and ensure that office equipment is operational.
• Set up equipment (recording/camera) for the monthly company updates.
• Be the point of contact for tech related issues
