The role

With our unique, AI-driven solution, we help many of the world's largest industrial companies reduce energy waste, prevent water pollution events, and eliminate unplanned downtime. To build on that impact, we’re looking for a Field Reliability & Efficiency Engineer (internallytitled Reliability & Efficiency Technical Expert) to work closely with customers across the South of England.

This is a field-based role, and you’ll spend a significant portion of your time on-site with our customers. Join us in our mission to make industrial companies more sustainable.

Your challenge 🎯

• Be the technical face of Samotics for our UK customer base
• You will co-locate with our strategic clients weekly, helping to guide them on their reliability & efficiency journey.
• Lead installation, diagnostics, and optimisation efforts for SAM4 hardware on site
• Act on failure warnings and conduct root cause analysis using your maintenance expertise
• Advise on energy-saving opportunities, helping customers take concrete actions
• Work with project leads to embed SAM4 into their daily workflows and roles
• Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to align support with long-term goals
• Support contractors and framework partners involved in maintenance or installation
• Deliver clear, actionable reports and share insights from field experience with our internal teams
