About the team 👋
The Electrical Installation Specialist (EIS) is the first point of contact for all installation and troubleshooting related questions for ongoing onboarding projects, for both internal as well as external stakeholders. The EIS provides (primarily) remote support to onsite electrical engineers installing SAM4, manages the incoming requests through our 24/7 support channels and continuously keeps track of outstanding troubleshooting tickets. In addition, the EIS is responsible for continuous improvement of installation documentation, troubleshooting processes, data and tooling.
In this role you would be working alongside our broader UK business that includes our fantastic Strategic Account Executives, Customer Success managers, Asset Reliability Specialists and field based Reliability & Efficiency Technical experts to provide an end to end offering that drives world class customer service for our UK client base.
