We are looking for an analytical Business Development Representative to support Samotics’ growth and contribute to creating a sustainable future. Join our diverse team of skilled, curious and driven individuals while accelerating your career.

**About the team 👋

You will be part of the Sales Operations team responsible for building relationships with potential clients in various industrial sectors and markets. You will work closely with our Business Development and Customer Success teams throughout the customer journey. These 3 teams are led by former strategy consultants, allowing you to improve skills such as structured problem-solving, project management, and business analytics.

As Samotics continues to expand, you will also have room for professional development and internal growth.

**Your challenge 🎯

Your primary focus will be on consultative selling to potential clients, playing a pivotal role in accelerating our commercial growth. You will:

  • Generate and develop commercial leads:
  • You will engage with potential clients on a daily basis, utilizing a consultative selling approach to understand their needs, effectively communicate our products’ benefits and guide them through our sales process.
  • Specialize in a focus sector and research market segments:
  • You will target a specific sector such as the water or chemical industry. You will collaborate with the associated Business Development Managers to streamline the conversion of specific deals.
  • You will also work with Business Development Managers to explore new market segments, examine relevant potential customers, and execute a go-to-market strategy.
  • Support our back-end sales processes:
  • You will assist in automating sales processes and implementing innovative client engagement strategies. You will use data-driven insights to propose changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
