About the company:
Safi operates the recycling industry’s first digital B2B marketplace, underpinned by AI enhanced material quality control. We combine technology and deep industry expertise to simplify every step of the trading experience and are proud to count 400+ of the most forward thinking recycling facilities across the globe as our customers.
We are backed by the US & UK's most renowned ClimateTech investors, with Chris Sacca's LowerCarbon Capital as lead investor. We've also received personal investment from some of Europe's most successful founders (e.g. Revolut, Monzo, Songkick & InFarm founders).
About the role:
You will be responsible for full stack development of our web applications, including the B2B marketplace and our material quality certification product.
Requirements:
- You are a self starter and thrive in ambiguous environments
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Comp Sci (or similar) background with strong software design skills and understanding of data structures
- Production experience of Python web services (preferably Django)
- Production experience of HTML, CSS and modern Javascript (e.g. Typescript, React, Angular etc.),
- Agile development experience
- CI/CD experience, e.g. Jenkins, GitLab, GoCD
