Job Description

Runwise is looking for a TERRITORY CHANNEL PARTNER MANAGER who will be responsible for growing the company’s relationships with top boiler service companies and energy consultants. This candidate will be assigned a region or regions, and be responsible for doing everything from recruiting new partners, enabling existing partners, and leveraging these relationships to drive revenue.

Runwise (www.runwise.com) is a fast-paced, customer-focused climate-tech startup that controls and runs the key energy systems (heating, water, etc…) in 8500+ buildings throughout the US. Runwise’s unique hardware and software service significantly reduces energy usage, substantially lowering costs and carbon output. As of today, Runwise’s technology takes the equivalent of 100,000 cars worth of carbon emissions off the road each year.

As a TERRITORY CHANNEL PARTNER MANAGER you will have the ability to manage your own time and pipeline, set priorities, meet monthly goals and work directly with Territory Account Executives, our Co-Founder, Head of Sales and Chief Growth Officer on the most pressing initiatives within our rapidly scaling business.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with large partners- existing and potential
  • Attending networking events and tradeshows to put Runwise front and center in the industry
  • Identifying new sales opportunities through partner referrals
  • Training sales representatives at partner companies to identify strong Runwise opportunities
  • Constantly demonstrating first-class communication and customer service skills to develop long-lasting relationships with partners

Who you are:

  • You have worked 3+ years as an AE, Partnership Manager, Territory Manager or equivalent quota carrying roles. You have a track record of beating targets.
  • You ideally have real estate experience and a deep network of contacts within the industry
  • You have partnerships and/or channel sales experience
  • You are skilled in CRM software, ideally Salesforce
  • You have strong analytical and problem solving skills

Salary range: On Target Earnings of $170,000 - $200,000 (Uncapped Commission) based on experience level
