As a Technical Program Manager within the Digital & CRM Marketing team, you bring deep expertise in managing multiple complex Marketing Technology projects simultaneously. You know how to work in fast paced, ever changing environments and can react quickly to change. You are an excellent communicator and know the value of over-communicating when a project requires it. Responsibilities Build cross-functional operational processes across Marketing, Analytics and Engineering that sets the Marketing CRM Data team and larger Marketing org up for future growth and repeatable collaboration. Within the Technical Program Management team, support the efforts to define large-scale program governance for the Marketing CRM Data, Operations and Tech team. Act as the day-to-day conduit between the Marketing CRM Data & Operations pillar within Marketing and the Analytics and Engineering teams As the cross-functional conduit, manage cross-team quarterly priority planning. Operationalize and standardize the ongoing and ad-hoc asks for the Analytics team as it relates primarily to Rivian.com and email campaigns Lead recurring meetings between Marketing and Analytics, holding teams accountable for both the requests and subsequent reporting. Build and maintain a project status list for the Marketing CRM Data team, managing multiple marketing data and technology projects simultaneously. Manage programs (i.e. set workback timelines, manage XFN collaboration, etc) focused on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing’s Customer Data Platform, localization and other MarTech efforts. Assist in building out technical infrastructure for new channels such as SMS and push notifications. Keep a finger on the pulse of innovation and MarTech opportunities the team can leverage Advise on Technical Program Management best practices and tools and suggest refinement to current workflows. Collaborate with numerous stakeholders to establish workback schedules, timelines and the scheduling of initiative launches. Drive initiatives and align stakeholders across different teams, occasionally including senior leadership. Be a team player. Over communicate when needed. Execute on other duties, as assigned. Employee may flex in and out of different teams (agnostic of job function) depending on project load Qualifications 7+ years of experience in technical project/program management, ideally within a Marketing, Analytics or Product team, working closely with engineers, data analysts, product managers and other stakeholders. Bachelor’s Degree required, PMP certification preferred Exceptionally strong organizational and project management expertise Proven experience managing complex programs and/or multiple, fast-moving projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and superior organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously, including managing up and with peers. Experience managing programs and operations for SalesForce Marketing Cloud and other marketing initiatives. High energy with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment. Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and a willingness to pivot as needed. Ability to work as well independently as within a team. Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Figma, Slack and Microsoft Suite. Pay Disclosure Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $121,000-$139,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
